In 1985, a Maroochy Shire Bicentennial Project, sponsored by Maroochy Shire Council & Sunshine Coast Newspapers Ltd, produced Surname and Subject Indexes for the Nambour Chronicle.

Only surnames or subjects of significance to the Sunshine Coast region, and more specifically Maroochy Shire, were indexed.

Please note that these indexes cover the full publication period of the Nambour Chronicle 1903-1983, and only those dates from 1903-1958 will be relevant for this website.
